Merkl is operated by Angle Labs, Inc., headquartered in Paris, France. Every channel below is monitored by the team, and the right one depends on what you need.

If you are scoping a distribution or want a program run for you, write to the team directly. If you already have a campaign live and something looks wrong, use support. If you are building against the API, the developer channels will be faster than either.

## Run a distribution

Anyone can launch a campaign self-serve in Studio: no contract, no onboarding call. Write to the team when you want a program scoped, built and operated for you, when the distribution logic is not covered by an existing campaign type, or when you need tailored pricing.

## Support for a live campaign

Program managers with a running campaign should ask in the Merkl Discord. Include the campaign id and the chain: almost every distribution question is answerable only against a specific campaign.

## Developers and integrations
